Question: What are advantages-for both the reviwer and write-of peer revuews?

Answer: An equal match that influence one reader to another from the same age group, of the social aspect of the mine at hand by judging one's work. The advantages for the reviewer is to pit pressure on the write from their grammar, writing skill's. The advantages for the write is to keep the read interest in what is at hand.

Question: How would you encourage reluctant peer reviewer?

Answer: Acting or doing with positive disinclination, unwilling, to judge one's work, or social group without the pressure of the write.
