Curvature Corrections in Turbulence Models

Hi,

Are curvature correction terms in turbulence models intended to be used when a flow is passing along a highly curved surface or when a flow is rotating but not near a surface (e.g. vortex)?

Thanks

There are some turbulence models with correction terms for curvature. Among the models one can name of V2-f, SST, Spalart, etc.

Yes, but what I was asking about is what are the curvature corrections to be used for in the two different examples I gave.
