Default Calculate fluid velocities

I am tryig to find a text explaining how to prepare a "finite volumes" matrix to estimate the velocity of the several points of a fluid inside a box

My need is to know how to transform the "mass conservation / continuity equation" or "Euler Equation" inthe matrix terms Thanks
