Default how to give motion to the frame alog with the inside domain

hi friends,
The problem consists of a differentially side heated square cavity filled with some fluid. I want to give rotary motion to the frame as well as entire body with respect to the center of itself. I am working in fluent software.
If any option is there the please tell me. Thanks in advance!!
