I think the mistake they make is to hire executives outside CFD that are actually not productive. There is not much growth because of them. It is better to build a senior executive from the inside so the he/she knows very well the products inside out.

I think the market of cfd is equal to the number of people able and willing to learn CFD. Not the amount of CAD or PLM licenses.

a struglling user is usually 1 license of CFD a good users can run in parallel and creates revenue N times the struglling user. N being usually the number of processor on the machine.
