hydroturbines is on a distinguished road
Hello,

I am mechanical engineer and have many years of experience in the project of hydraulic turbines.
My know-how is in mechanical project of different types of turbines: Francis, Kaplan and Pelton.
Now, I am starting to work with CFX with the objective of simulate the performance of the turbines.
My first project is to simulate a Francis type turbine.

I need help to know all the steps that I have to apply to have good results.
I hope to receive help with articles and tutorials with step by step for the simulation

What is the correct methodology for meshing and interface between all components of the turbine: spiral case, stay vanes, guide vanes, runner and draft tube.

I appreciate the help in advance.

Best Regards,
Hydroturbines
