under relaxation in airfoil flow

Default under relaxation in airfoil flow

when solving problem of low Reynolds number for flow about airfoil, the convergence was oscillating, so i have used an under relaxation of 1e-1 for pressure and 4e-1 for velocity. Is that a good choise of under relaxation coefficients?
