My main objective is to compare the CFD result of the ship resistance with the experimental data. But, my problem is that i cant find any literature about the experimental data. Most of the literature that i found are not complete such as the dimension of the model are not stated clearly. If anyone have some good literature that can help me completing my thesis. Please notify me. Thank you so much.

Hi x2loki2x,
You will find experimental data for the Wigley hull in the following paper: http://www.dtic.mil/dtic/tr/fulltext/u2/p003037.pdf Not sure about the other hull shape. Good luck, Dave |
