Hi,

I'm writing a script in Glyph II and am using the split command to divide a database curve in two. After having split a database curve the existing name refers to one part of the split curve, how do I identify the other half of the curve?

code used to split pre-existing curve (con_ad"$pt") in half:

$(con_ad"$pt") split 0.5

I can manipulate one of the two new curves with the old name, but what is the other new part called/how do I assign it a name?

Apologies if this is a simple problem, I can't find anything helpful in existing sources.
