Default Enthalpy equations for incompressible flows

Hello

I am looking for detailed formulation for incompressible flows with temperature distribution using both total and static enthalpy approach.

Since there are some extra terms appearing in the static enthalpy case, I am little confused as how to treat them.

Some detailed notes would be of great help.

Thanks,

CFDtoy
