Vinothkumar M New Member Vinothkumar M Join Date: Nov 2016 Posts: 1 Rep Power: 0	Dear guys, now i am working as a mechanical design engineer in rotating machine field. i would like to switch my career to aero or automotive field. kindly guide me how i can reach my designation.what are the steps i have to start and i am in Bangalore, hence which is institute to learn CFD.one more thing i have just 1.6 yrs to switch my career, with in that what are all i have to do? how other field person hire me?what are the qualities will see by him?
