Dear all,
For the finite volume scheme we need the value of the conservative variables on the faces of the cell. For this as stated in the Jameson, 1981, we use the average of the value on either side of the face (i.e. center difference). Can we use the second order upwind for the same? What the effects will be? By second order upwind, I meaning for the face (i+1/2), using (i+1) and (i+2) value in the forward predictor step and using i and (i-1) in the backward corrector step. with regards Ashwani |
