Best CFD software for Bioogical applications

Hi Guys, I will start doing research on mass transfer in biological tissue, therefore, i would appreciate if someone could tell me which software is the best to handle this kind of problem. it may involve fluid-structure interaction (FSI). Regards, Zack

Depending on what level of research you're going to do, take a look at 'FreeFem++'. It is an absolutely wonderful pde playground. A free internet download. Google search the name.
