Default Concerting prisms to hexas

Hello,

Here is what I want to do: *I want to mesh my wall surfaces using quadriangles. Have a good boundary layer. *And mesh my domain automatically (-> tetras).

When doing that, the mesher splits (on wall surface) my quadriangles in 2 triangles, and mesh my domain using tetras. (and use prisms for the BL).

Is there a way to convert two prisms into one hexa?

(I am mainly using Icem, but woult like to know about other meshers).

Regards,

Nico
