Choose of the good multiphase flows model

Hi everybody,

I would like to know your opinion about a question concerning multiphase flows. I want to simulate with CFD the condensation of little dropletson a surface. I've seen in the User guide three methods: the Eulerian-Eulerian approach, the Lagrangian-Eulerian approach and the Volume Of Fluid approach but any of these three methodsseems to be the good one for my problem:
- the Volume of fluid method is good to capture the free surfaces, I suppose that if I want to use it to catch my droplets, I need a huge amount of cells, am I right?

- the Eulerian-Eulerian method and the Lagrangian-Eulerian are used for dispersed phase so it can be used for bulk condensation for example but I never seen people use it for surface condensation, because of the form of the droplets which are not spherical ( they are on the wall).

So I don't know how to simulate my problem, I really want to see real water droplets growing on the wall. can anybody help me?

Thank you in advance,

Miki
