ED coat

Hello! Has anyone used any CFD software to simulate E.D coating of a car BIW? If yes, let me know what software, steady or transient, fluid properties, newtonian, and any other advise?

Surely those from automotive industry or similar have faced similar request related to ED coating problem. Any experience can be shared please? Fluent? CD-Adapco? Or is this area totally taboo?
