I do not think two fluid model is required because of different molecular viscosity. I think that it is enough to model the viscosity of mixture as a function of the mass(or mole) fraction of each fluid. In addition, I am quitely sure that molecular viscosity has not so significant effect on the flow field for the turbulent flow, as John said.
