SIMPLE OR SIMPLER algorithm

I need to prepare a small Delphi code to map the air velcities in any point within a room where there is a hole in the top. I would like to know where to find a small source code of a SIMPLE OR SIMPLE algorithm (In Delphi/Pascal or Fortran or C++) Thanks in advance

As far as I know, there is very few freeware CFD codes. I suppose that you won't easily find a free source code.
