Hello everyone:
For the last few months, I have been flirting with the idea of becoming a self-employed CFD contractor in Canada. Right now I am doing a doctoral degree in automotive related engineering, but was previously trained in computational science. I want to do this to cover some of my school and living expenses. I am wondering if there are people in this forum who can provide me with some advice regarding the practical (getting clients) and legal (getting paid) aspects of being self-employed in the technical field. Any recommendations where I can find out such information? Thank you very much in advance, Jill. |
