flux limiters

For quasi-1D flow through a nozzle the governing equations are written as

dU/dt + dF/dx + H = 0

where U = transpose(rho*A m*A e*A) etc instead of the conventional Eulers equations U = transpose(rho m e)

Does this alter A = dF/dU, its left and right eigenvector and the flux limiters used in the TVD upwind schemes?
