Hello Everybody
I'm a ph.d. sutdent at the Departmnet of Biotechnology at DTU, and I am working on a project involving hygienic design of food processing equipment, and I just would like to know if there is anybody out there dealing with the same kind of problems. Feel free to mail me with if you know any people working with hygienic design using CFD. Regards Bo |

Hi,
I am not doing anything related to food hygiene. However I am interested in knowing how you are using CFD to tackle the food hygiene problem. Please let me know by sending me an email. Cheers |

Hygienic design is something that must involve surface finish ,crevice free zones, inline cleaning, heat transfer, mixing, pumping, cutting, and so forth.I would suggest you give a broader account of what exactly you are trying to achieve through cfd.ALFA LAVAL ARE IN FOODS/BEVERAGES.Unilever and countless other companies too ,must be able to help plus of course the companies sponsoring this excellent site.
