Default selfsimilarity of a 2D turbulent cylinder wake

Hi,

I have some problems finding literature values for the downstream distance from the cylinder from where on self-similarity in a 2D cylinder wake can be expected. Would appreciate any kind of hint concerning the mean and rms values.
