Comparison between analytical and numerical solution..
 

Hi ppl...i have analytical solution for a diffusion problem which i solved numerically too...i want to do a comparison where the error information over all points reduces to a single entity....i did google this and found parameters like correlation coeff. similar to my requirement...is it applicable to my case? And also are there more sophisticated parameters of comparison... Any inputs are appreciated...thank you..

I used coefficient of correlation for error analysis...it's working fine...are there any other more sophisticated methods as an alternative?
