Validation cases for COMSOL Thermal Plasma

Hello,
I want to validate the Thermal Plasma module of COMSOL. I can't find simple cases with analytical solutions to do this (similar to plane channel flow to validate a flow solver). I have been trying to validate it with the experimental results, but it is taking a lot of time. Could someone please suggest any books or articles which can be used to validate Capacitively coupled Plasma (CCP) and Inductively couple plasma (ICP) solvers. I appreciate your help. Thank you |
