Opensource program for CFD

Hi, can someone suggest me an easy-to-use, Opensource program for CFD simulation?

i must simulate the flow (in particular i need the maximum shear stress value) of a slurry (defined via its viscosity) inside an (easy) piping. also, i must simulate the same slurry into an "autoclave", with a sample holder rotating in it...

thanx for the attenction

I don't know whether any of these will handle the specific flow physics you need, but there are some open source CFD tools. (P.S. I have no personal experience with any of this software.)
