Default Wall Roughness

I am trying to model the air flow over a slick racing tire in 2-d with FLOTRAN. My biggest problem at the moment is that I cannot seem to find any sort of solid information with regard to the wall roughness of rubber. I've been looking for the past several hours to no avail. If anybody could give me something I could work with I would be most appreciative.

Thanks
