interpolation in unstructured FV mesh

Does anyone know any method for accurate estimation of an scalar/vector field in an unstructured mesh for finite volume? I need to make estimation on any xyz in the domain. Thanks, Ehsan

hi, A very good reference for unstructured grid is the book : "CFD : principles and applications" by BLAZEk..
