Hydrogen autoignition
Hello.
I have seen some models for the ignition of some fuels in diesel and spark-ignition engines. Most of them deal with variants of the Shell ignition model.
I am trying to implement an autoignition model to hydrogen combustion in an internal combustion engine. Has anybody some information about the topic? Is there any ignition model equivalent to Shell model for the specific fuel (hydrogen)? I am trying to come up with a "simpler" method than the implementation of chemical kinetics for hydrogen.
Thank you in advance!
