The reviewer asked me how to calculate the wall temperature and the turbulent heat fluxes by using the wall funtion (Standard wall fuction)? but I just use the software, seriously have no idea, could anybody help, thanks in advance.

Check here if you can read a little C++: https://github.com/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM.../wallFunctions

You can also look in the reference manual for the software that you used for the simulations. They would have the mathematical expression for the wall-function that they had employed in the code.
