How can I find a free Fortran77 numerical library?

Hallo to everybody do you know were can I find a free Fortran77 numerical library for general problems, like to solve algebric equations of any degree, or like to find the circumcenter of the triangle? I'm writing a 2D finite volume code but I don't want to waste time for any single thing that I have to calculate. It seems to me from a google search that the best is Numerical Recipes, but it is not free! Thanks Alberto

Thank you. The link of main page doesn't work. I find with google this link http://www-users.cs.umn.edu/~saad/software/ ,was it what you want to link me? It is specific for linear algebra, there is something for general mathematic/algebric problems? thanks alberto
