Default Wind Turbine in CFD - Streamtube Size

I'm modelling a rudimentary 12.5 m diameter 3-bladed rotor in Gambit and I'm looking at sizing a streamtube for it. Can anyone provide some insight into what height I should be using (from blade tips)?
