Default Method for Stokes flow with continuous pressure gradients?

Hi all, I'm working on solving Stokes' flow problems on 2D unstructured triangular meshes. The fluid has a variable viscosity. Standard FE methods have worked fine up until now but what I'm looking for presently is a method that will give me continuous pressure gradients on a triangular element. Any comments or experience would be helpful. Thanks! Matthew
