help!!!!!!Poiseulle's Equation

does anybody know how to get the anwer for this question?

Bottle is at a height,h above the arm blood flows through a needle 4 cm long and 0.4mm in diameter required flow rate is 4 cm3/minute pressure in vein is 18 mmHg above atmospheric pressure how high is bottle above arm?

The height should be about 0.8 standard fluid dynamics text book lengths.
