Hi i'd like to have your opinion on typical values for the speed and length scale of eddies in a cumulus cloud, so that I can compute the energy dissipation rate epsilon and the kolmogorov microscale n.

thanks PS : tell me if i'm wrong but to calculate epsilon, we need the turbulent speed (and not the mean flow speed) and the length of the big eddies

ESTIMATE THE ENERGY DISSIPATION RATE IN A CUNULUS CLOUD a- per unit mass b- for the entire cloud (in kilowatts) c- next, estimate the Kolmogorov microscale

Base your estimates on velocity and length scales typical of cumulus clouds. be sure that you write a section to support your estimates/assumptions based on references or observations.(you may even want to include a seketch or two)for the problem use density =1.25kg/m3 and v=15x10-6 m2/s.
