I want to do the simulation of cavitation on centrifugal tubine with turbine oil. But I do not known about the material properties of turbine oil (ISO 46 or 32. ). Who can sent me about it?

Can I ask you something? How can you detect the occurence of cavitation in fluids? Do you use the pressure-cutoff model such as p=MAX(p_calculated, p_vapor)? Sorry for this question.
