Derivation of momentum and energy equations

Hi all,

I'm going through John Anderson's Computational Fluid Dynamics book and I am interested in finding derivations for the momentum and energy equations for all four different models (finite volume fixed in space, finite volume moving with the flow, infinitesimal volume fixed in space and infinitesimal volume moving with the flow).

I would be greateful if someone could recommend any textbooks that I can find these derivations. I've seen a previous recomendation with title "Convective Heat Transfer" by Burmeister but this is not in my library and too expensive to buy from amazon (£100!).

Thanks a lot, Spiros

Bird, Stewart & Lightfoot, Transport Phenomena is my favorite. Classic, clear, detailed and very popular - probably in your library there will be a copy.
