PLOT3D ASCII solution file to MATLAB data file

Does anybody know how to read/convert Plot3D solution file in Matlab.

I m not sure of the exact form of the plot3d ascii solution but you can write a matlab m file to read and manipulate the data to fit into the format used inside matlab for plotting.
