Default Structure for unit vectors...!!!

Good morning everybody...I am a PG student writing a code for 2D Euler Equations using cell-vertex control vol. formulation and am facing some problems: 1) Calculating and storing the unit normals- as they should be either all outward/inward pointing, and 2) Implementing far field boundary conditions with all the Riemann Invariants.

Can anyone please guide me ? Any sort of help will be appreciated.
