I need help in finding a package ...code ...that can be used for fluid structures interaction in MATLAB..

I am not exactly sure why you want to perform FSI in matlab since it can be time consuming. Have you looked at the package called FEMLAB which might be something you are looking for.

Thanks for your reply! Yes, I am considering FEMLAB indeed but don't know much about it yet! I am considering Matlab since my work has to be performed in Real-Time ... and i will be using S-Function/in simulink Matlab to implement my models...

Solving a CFD problem is very time consuming, so what exatcly does you mean by say that "be performed in Real-time", do you mean to conduct a online flow control Regards

I mean exctract a reduced order model from the CFD counterpart, so I can run fast simulation

so you have any idea or reduced order modelling in this context?
