Rotating flow

The task: axisymmetric problem, need to blow channel. A channel is a flow path between the rotor and the stator. The main question is how to apply to the input of the channel "twisted" the air flow?

The pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet is not great. The channel area is also not large. If air is perpendicularly to the entry, the flow rate at the input of only the average 2 m/s. So the settings at the input vector is useless. Tried to make the entrance area and used frame motion with the rotating speed, but it basically looks like a normal rectangle, respectively thread gets a twist in the wall layer and the core flow is still a major component of the axial velocity. Can you please tell how to solve this problem.

I am guessing something got lost in translation here. It is very difficult to decipher what you are after.

Are you trying to find a way to set inlet swirl?
