Hi,

taking a look a different mesh sizes, it might happen, that on the finest grid, there does not exist a steady solution anymore. Is it just due to the better resolution or is there any other reason?

It might be due to the increased resolution providing less numerical dissipation and allowing a correct unsteady flow to appear but it also may due to the iterative solution procedure not being good enough to reach the correct steady state solution.
