Default Drag Coefficient of an Elliptical Cylinder

Hi,

I am looking for references (text books, papers, etc) that give values for drag coefficients for different Reynolds Numbers for an elliptical cylinder with as aspect ratio 2 (ie, major axis/ minor axis). To be more specific about the Re values they are a) Re = 400, b) Re = 4 * 10^5.
