Default Error in Axisymmetry BC

Hello I am modeling a compressible flow. The system is a cylinder attached to a cylindrical pipe to it. The pipe allows water to come into the the cylinder and since the cylinder is full of water pressure is created as the water is pumped in. The Geometry is simple and the use if axisymmetry BC is justified. Inlet BC is mass-flow-rate set to 0.1 Kg/s The walls are set to constant temperature Axisymmetry BC the axis lies in X direction with the domain in the possitive Y direction.

Initialization: Upon initialization the initial values for velocity in x, y direction and temperature changed to 1.#QNAN.

Does anyone knows, had the same problem or know how to overcome this issue?

Kind regards

Eduardo
