What is the easiest why of transfering mesh files between Fleunt and CFX. Icem does not seem to recongnize .msh files.

Do I need to refer back to importing my CAD renderings in each package?

you can use an intermadiate media, esp. those related to ansys, for the transfer; although as far as i Know there are ways to import gambit mesh into the CFX.
