flow with high turbulent viscosity ratio

I am just wondering what kind of flow would you expect to have high turbulent viscosity ratio, is it flow with high swirl, high Re, high temperature or other conditions??

Please give me some advise, thanks

Any flow with high turbulent viscosity.

1- Write down the definition of turbulent viscosity ratio

(check the wiki) 2- what variables need to be changed in order to get what you consider high turbulent viscosity ratio. You need to tell us what values are considered high 3- how would you classify the flows with these assumed changes. 4- write an article, have it available on the wiki, and we all will thank you for that.
