How to calculate First Cell Height For Laminar Flow ?

Hi all,
We know Y+ decides First Cell Height in order to capture boundary layer in case of turbulent flow, Likewise is there any criteria to decide first cell height for Laminar flow.

no there is no criterion, but for the sake of accuracy use denser grids where you predict sharp changes in properties, velocity, etc. then check if your answers change if you use a denser grid for that location i.e. grid independence check.
