modeling of arterial structure and its surroundings

if i am modeling an arterial structure alongwith its surroundings. its like a pipe structure (the artery along with an obstruction) and theres another pipe over it (which is the surrounding). can anyone tell me that if i am doing two-way modeling then in transient structural, what will be the geometry of "fluid-solid interface" and what will be for "fixed support"?
