Humidification Temperature

I have a question that may be seem stupid but it's important to me to be sure about it :
what is the meaning of "humidification temperature"? for example if the humidification temperature = 70 'C, it means the RH=100% at 70'C or what? thank you P.S: it would be great if you have a reference that explains it. |
