Default Numerical Viscosity - Reynolds Number

Hi guys,

Some questions in my mind..

Can I add laminar, turbulent and numerical viscosities up to get an effective viscosity for calculation of an effective reynolds number? If so, can I conclude that numerical viscosity has a reducing effect on the Reynolds number?

Any reference on this subject is would be extremely helpful.

Thanks
