How to model combustion in CAI/HCCI with KIVA3V

Hi! I'm trying model the combustion in CAI engine with KIVA3V. What should I do to model the combustion of homogeneous mixture in Kiva3v correctly? Is there any special fashion to do it?

Hi can any one guide me how to select NBO values. if it greater tahn 0, then how to decide i,j,x,y for all those points
